The Exchange Room – International Economic Summit – Ghana 2026

By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to travel delays, personal emergencies, illness, or inability to attend.
   
• Ticket purchases made through PayPal on the official GoDaddy website are binding and non-reversible.
   

• Registration does not guarantee admission to VIP-only areas unless the applicable ticket tier is purchased.
   
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for disruptive behavior, violation of rules, or safety concerns.
   

Siriocity Holdings Inc., its affiliates, partners, contractors, staff, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "the organizers") are not responsible for and shall not be held liable for:

• Any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or theft to persons or personal belongings before, during, or after the summit or during any travel related to the event.
   
• Any changes, delays, or cancellations due to weather, political unrest, transportation issues, health emergencies, or other factors beyond the organizers' control.
   

Participants acknowledge they are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with international travel and event participation.

• It is the attendee’s responsibility to secure a valid passport, visa, and required vaccinations for entry into Ghana.
   
• Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, health issues, or lost baggage.
   

By attending this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by authorized personnel. You grant Siriocity Holdings Inc. and its partners the right to use such media for promotional, editorial, or marketing purposes in perpetuity, without compensation.

All attendees agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, hotel personnel, and local communities. Harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venues, and programming as needed. Updates will be communicated to registrants via email and/or posted on the official event website.

Your registration, ticket purchase, or participation in any portion of The Exchange Room – Ghana 2026 constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
